Public Developer API for Meta template lifecycle on Cloud WhatsApp accounts. Same Meta engine as the Washeej dashboard. Access requires explicit template scopes; Device/QR management is rejected. Provider Meta delete stays deferred.

Meta ingress

message_template_status_update updates local status idempotently (APPROVED, REJECTED, PENDING, DISABLED, FLAGGED, …).

External developer webhooks

Events: template.created, template.submitted, template.status.updated, template.rejected, template.approved, template.deleted, template.sync.failed.

Headers: X-Washeej-Event, X-Washeej-Event-Id, X-Washeej-Timestamp, X-Washeej-Signature.
